CHECK IN/OUT
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM MST
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM MST
RESERVATION
- Online reservation is available or you can contact us at (605)-574-9533 or 800-708-0212.
- A valid Credit Card is required. 25% is required for a deposit to guarantee the reservation. An email confirmation of the reservation will be mailed to you upon receipt of your deposit.
PAYMENT
- We accept all major credit cards through Checkfront, money order, or personal check.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made on or before 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a full deposit refund excluding a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the total deposit amount unless the property is able to re-rent the cabin or the RV sites.
- Reservations cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival date will be charged the entire amount due.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Nightly campfires at our fire pit.
- Playground and nice picnic area.
- Private bath with shower, fridge, microwave, and TV are provided in cabins.
- Pets are not allowed in any of the cabins.
- Gas and charcoal grills available for your use.
- Smoking is not allowed inside any of the cabins.
- Extra person is $10.00/adult per day for additional guest over listed occupancy in any of the cabins.
- If damages result in the loss of ability to rent the unit, replacement of carpet or furniture, etc. the entire balance for cost of cleaning/replacement will be charged to your credit card.
